Objective
The Urban Development Authority is an Authority Constituted by the Government under sub section (1) of Section 13 and sub-section (1) of section 3 of Telangana Urban Areas (Development) Act 1975 having perpetual succession and a common seal with power to acquire, hold and dispose of property, both movable and immovable, and to contract, and shall by the said name sue and be sued.
